Simplot Company is a true farm-to-table company with operations that touch every aspect of agriculture, including seed production, farming and ranching, plant sciences, fertilizer manufacturing, food processing, commercial product development, and distribution.SummaryOperates electric, gas powered industrial truck equipped with lifting devices such as Lift Truck, boom, scoop, or elevating platform, to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move finished products, equipment, or dry supply materials by performing the following dutiesKey ResponsibilitiesMoves levers and presses pedals to drive truck and control movement of lifting apparatus to deliver, stack and unstack pallets of dry goods and supplies, finished or toted product recording item and count of stock delivered or received. Positions forks, lifting platform, or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials and transports load to designated area. Perform physical finished product inventory as required. Record/track held product and other product that is shuttled to and from Americold. Weighs materials or products and records weight on tags, labels, or production schedules as required. Supply operations employees will work in process materials as required. Changes or assist in the changing of batteries. May operate other motorized vehicles (shuttle truck) to and from cold storage with bulk and restricted products as directed. Occasionally stack finished cases and remove damaged cases as required.Typical EducationHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) Relevant Experience1+ years related experience and/or training Other InformationNight shift (6pm - 6am)Ability to safely operate a forklift, loading and unloading trucks, and high stacking totes.Job Requisition ID:15320Travel Required:NoneLocation(s):FG Plant - OntarioCountry:United States**The J.R.
