My client is an established firm in the Lift sector, based in the South East of London and offers the ability to be remote-based. They are currently looking for a skilled Lift Sales Manager to deliver growth of the overall service portfolio, whilst adhering to the strategic business plan for balanced and sustainable delivery. The Role - Lift Sales Manager: - Sales Patch: London and Home Counties - Selling New Service and Repair packages to new and existing customers. - Establish strong connections with both new and current customers. - Expand the customer base by acquiring new clients beyond the current portfolio. - Create and deliver client presentations on service offerings and points of difference - Successfully secure maintenance contracts and consistently meet or exceed set targets. - Site visits with client bases and carrying out surveys - Cost modelling - Work hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home Minimum Skills / Experience Required - Lift Sales Manager: - Experience of selling service or repair contracts to a client base - Previous experience within a Lift Sales / Estimating role or similar - NVQ level 3 or equivalent in lift industry engineering - Ability to work to KPIs - Ability to carry out site surveys and site visits - Motivated and excellent team player - Commutable to Esinteraction, Billericay.
