Job Requirements: A YMCA lifeguard must be a Certified Lifeguard and keep current the following certifications at all times: Lifeguarding, Adult/Child/Infant CPR (Professional Rescue or Healthcare Provider), First Aid, Oxygen Administration, and AED. Have an understanding of facility policies, procedures, and rules. Possess leadership qualities and a strong work ethic. Teach Adult Swim Lessons and/or Parent/Child & Preschool Swim Lessons Certifications. Possess leadership qualities and a strong work ethic. Why Work At The Y?
