Our rapidly-expanding insurance agency in Colleyville, TX is looking for a full-time life insurance agent to join our team! You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new and existing customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. We’ll provide the support network and resources to help you reach - and exceed - your sales goals. Responsibilities: • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience• Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business• Market life insurance to existing Agency customers and contacts• Cross-sell current Business Insurance customers• Perform needs analysis with potential Life Insurance customers• Present policies in a clear and concise manner and close the sale• Follow up with customers periodically to re-evaluate their policy needs Qualifications: • Skilled with Microsoft Office• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred• Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required• Active Life, Health, Accident and HMO license is required or will be acquired in thirty days• License study course will be provided at no cost Compensation: $65,000 - $100,000 yearly About Company: Our Culture: We are building a winning culture in our Farmers Agency by helping individuals like you experience success and satisfaction in the work they do.
