We offer lead management tools and resources to agents, including CRM systems and lead-tracking software• We offer ongoing professional development opportunities, including advanced training courses Must live in the US Responsibilities: • Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping• Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience• Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims• Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies• Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business Qualifications: • Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite• Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired• Client service experience as a sales representative a plus• Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills• Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus• Willing to get licensed within 30 days Compensation: $60,000 - $125,000 at plan Commission About Company: We are The Pedone Agency.
