Your responsibilities will include: • Conducting virtual consultations with clients to understand their financial needs.• Educating clients on credit union benefits and assisting them in making informed decisions.• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide top-notch service.• Collaborating with a dynamic team in a remote work environment.
