We are looking for a life insurance agent with amazing customer service skills to join our fast-growing insurance agency and help our clients achieve their financial goals. You’ll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products, processing claims and inquiries, and developing an ever-growing lead list to secure new business. Responsibilities: • Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current• Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business• Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims• Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience• Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies Qualifications: • Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred• Must be a legal US resident• Preference is given to applicants with a Life & Health insurance license• Requirement for strong verbal and written communication skills• Must have experience with commission sales• Advantageous to have sales experience• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software• Possessing prior health or life insurance knowledge is preferred Compensation: $50,000 - $90,000 yearly About Company: We are a quickly growing sales company in financial services.
