Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments and repairs, and assure offers and counteroffers are approved. Responsibilities: • Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities• Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs• Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans• Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close• Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, such as moving schedules Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job• Passionate about providing excellent customer service• Obtained real estate license or are currently pursuing• Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills• High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience• Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred Compensation: $42,000 - $52,000 yearly About Company: Our Mission at Homestead & Co is to provide superior client service.
