This position is for a Behavioral Health Therapist to partner with the Child Protective Services Investigative Team in Highlands and Hardee Counties. The Therapist will consult and collaborate with the Investigative Team to assist families that have been identified to possibly require safety management services. This is a full time position, however, we offer a flexible work schedule. The position is located in Sebring Florida Directions for Living offers a competitive salary of $50,000 plus an excellent benefit and PTO package to include Health, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life 403b Retirement and EAP Services. The PTO package includes 2 weeks of PTO, one floating holiday and for fiscal year 2020, 18 paid holidays including the full week of Christmas off and one long weekend per month.
