You would work in partnership to serve buyer clients at the highest level, helping the with their home search, showings and anything related to making sure they get the right home based on their needs! Our ideal candidate is a bright, ambitious, hard-working individual who is serious about a career and has commitment and self-discipline. MUST BE a licensed Realtor or currently taking real estate classes. Responsibilities: • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner• Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis• Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service• Assist Lead Agents in finding off market opportunities for buyers. Qualifications: • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving• Present yourself in a professional manner• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 commission based About Company: From our agents: "I learn and achieve a skill set every day.
