Responsibilities: • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing• Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly• Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business• Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals• Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents • Lead follow up• Team and individual lead generation• Close listing appointments• Close listing sales• Set listing appointments• Listing sales scripts Qualifications: • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information• Completes tasks quickly and efficiently• Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone• Has a real estate license• A real estate license is required• Good communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $70,000 - $135,000 at plan Commissions About Company: In keeping with the philosophy that agents are partners and stakeholders in the success of the business, Keller Williams Realty has created a distinct profit-sharing program in which approximately 50 percent of every market center’s profits every month are returned to those who have contributed to a market center’s growth by attracting productive associates to the office.
