Responsibilities: • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service• Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller• Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly• Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing• Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business• Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals• Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business• Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly• Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business• Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller• Follow the team plan• Be a team player• Ask questions• Set listing appointments• Lead follow up• Lead generation• Close Sales Qualifications: • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills• Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Great communication • Commission opportunity Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan About Company: As a team, Kindred Real Estate did over $54 million in gross sales in 2022.
