Responsibilities:• Consult with customers to understand their property requirements and identify suitable properties that meet their needs.• Serve as a mediator between buyers and potential sellers in the real estate market.• Assist buyers in selecting financing options that align with their specific needs by connecting them with preferred lenders.• Submit offers to sellers or their representatives on behalf of buyers.• Actively participate in open houses, networking events, team development, and training sessions to enhance sales skills.• Continuously network and promote oneself to generate new customer leads.• Regularly engage in prospecting activities.• Demonstrate both teamwork and the ability to work independently with self-discipline.• Show commitment to personal and professional growth.• Adhere to established processes and systems within the real estate industry.• Be readily available for customers and accommodate their schedules.• Provide exceptional customer service to clients on a daily basis.
