We’re looking for an experienced Real Estate Inside Sales Agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities: • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads• Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele• Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads• Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently• Follow the team plan• Set listing and buyer appointments• Execute appointments• Close sales• Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent• Team player• CRM and database mastery• Scripts mastery• Relentless lead follow-up Qualifications: • Real estate license or pursuing required• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• A real estate license is required• Commission opportunity• Good communication• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 at plan commissions About Company: MISSION: To build careers worth having, businesses worth owning, lives worth living, experiences worth giving, and legacies worth leaving.
