You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. Responsibilities: • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close• Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market• Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline• Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience• Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Lead follow up• Real estate sales• Database campaigns• Lead generation• Close buyer sales• Set appointments• Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Real estate license required• Commission opportunity• Good communication• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams- Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
