Job locations are as follows : Leesburg Health Clinic, 2113 Griffin Rd, Leesburg, FL 34748 Umatilla Health Clinic, 249 E Collins St, Umatilla, FL 32784 Community Health Center, 560 W Desoto St Clermont, FL 34711 Schedule : Monday- Friday 7:30 am – 2:30 pm with a possible evening or two . S tart date : October 1, 2021 Compensation : $23.97/hr
