A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE / LPN As a Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN, you enjoy interacting with and caring for our senior residents. You arrive for each shift determined to ensure that our residents enjoy the highest possible quality of care. Under the direction of a physician, you provide medical treatment and administer medication to our assisted living residents. Additionally, you assist residents with memory and performance improvement programs.Being a Licensed Practical Nurse with BMG allows you to display excellent interpersonal skills while interacting and communicating with residents and their family members. When it comes to personal and private information, you are always tactful and discreet. Patiently and professionally, you recognize, address, and report any grievances.
