The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics Department of Nursing is seeking a 100% Licensed Practical Nurseto work for the Hemodialysis Inpatient Unit. Duties to include: * Provides nursing care under the supervision of a registered professional nurse. * Participates in the development of nursing care plans and in the implementation of therapeutic program for patients. * In less complex situations, may assume responsibility for directing and supervising assigned nursing personnel. In more complex situations, performs as an assistant to the registered professional nurse. Minimum Eligibility Requirements * Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with the Iowa Board of Nursing, or eligible for temporary work permit.
