Qualifications: --- Counseling youth and loving this work: 2+ years (required) --- Passion for working with youth and early intervention --- Understanding of child development and needs at various stages --- Understanding of childhood mental health disorders --- Providing support to parents as part of the care --- Willing to work collaboratively with a team --- Highest Ethical Standards and follow all legal guidelines --- Documentation in a timely way (within policy guidelines) --- Google Docs and Gmail for internal communications --- Prior experience in outpatient counseling (preferred) --- Experience working with military families (preferred) --- Experience as an effective outpatient provider (preferred) --- Prior Telehealth experience (preferred) --- Desire to connect with the team and attend social events (preferred) --- Willingness to work with couples (preferred) --- Military population experience (preferred) --- Help with substitute supervision as needed --- Bilingual (preferred) --- Multicultural expertise Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000 yearly --- --- --- Focus on delivering high-quality care without the burden of extensive documentation, thanks to our full-service intake, billing, and referral support. --- --- Commit to a minimum of one year initially, with the potential for a long-term position within our team. --- --- Embrace growth opportunities and participate in clinical supervision to support new team members. --- --- Benefit from excellent onsite clinical support available in all locations. --- --- Participate in a licensed team member culture that values professional development and growth.
