Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN's) Cooperstown Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is actively hiring LPN Team Members for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Cooperstown, NY. New Rates!! Base rate is $23-$29 with an additional $1.25 shift differential for evenings . DUTIES: Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted. Recording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature. Administering medications, treatments and injections to Residents as needed. May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to work as a team member. Valid NY State LPN license. Must be in good standing with State Registry. LOCATION: Cooperstown, NY.
