Licensed Master's Level Therapist (LPC, LCSW) Colorado Therapy & Assessment Center is looking for Licensed Therapists (LPC, LCSW) who share our values of compassion, belonging, humility, and excellence. About the Position Our Licensed Master's Level Therapist positions provide the chance to work in a private practice setting, engage in long-term psychotherapeutic work, and create a professional home without the hassles of running a business. We value helping clinicians discover what client populations they are passionate about working with and helping them build a caseload that offers them fulfilling clinical work. The Licensed Master's Level Therapist will provide therapy services for clients with eating disorders and general mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relational concerns. Job Features --- Paid admin time (note: admin time is billed at a base rate of $22/hour) --- Flexible weekday work schedule --- Hybrid schedule (option for fully licensed clinicians to be fully remote) --- No weekend hours, on-call or crisis services --- Health Benefits include medical insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance --- Competitive, weekly pay --- Paid Sick Leave --- Paid Voluntary Time Off --- Retirement accounts - Roth and Traditional 401k accounts with 3-5% company match --- All billing/payment, scheduling, and administrative tasks are completed for you by admin staff --- Insurance credentialing is provided --- Professional liability insurance is provided Responsibilities: --- Provide a minimum of 25 clinical hours per week, 30 hours of work total for full-time employment. --- Option to facilitate family, couple, and group therapy sessions. --- Participate in meetings and training sessions as needed. --- Offer supervision to unlicensed clinicians (if qualified). Qualifications: --- Have a Master's degree in a related field from an accredited program --- Hold a valid license as a Professional Counselor or Clinical Social Worker in Colorado prior to start or be licensed by the start date --- Preferably have experience working with eating disorders --- Possess a strong work ethic, self-starter attitude, and openness to feedback Compensation: $51 - $53 hourly --- Provide a minimum of 25 clinical hours per week, 30 hours of work total for full-time employment. --- Option to facilitate family, couple, and group therapy sessions. --- Participate in meetings and training sessions as needed. --- Offer supervision to unlicensed clinicians (if qualified).
