We are looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team of health care professionals on a mission to provide excellent care in our facility. Our Massage Team members work collaboratively with our Physical Therapists and Fitness Coaches to guide clients on their path to optimal health by utilizing their manual skills and training to correct soft tissue dysfunction and compensation. Qualified candidates should be able to engage with clients with compassion, educate with conviction, empower clients in self-care, and thrive in a culture of accountability, team work, and integrity. We are looking for a massage therapist with a passion for the field, a desire and skill for leadership, a high emotional intelligence, who has a high drive and commitment to excellence. Would working in a multi-disciplinary outpatient clinic with clients focusing on deep tissue, cupping, and mobility/stretching with the opportunity to translate those skills over to sports events and races sound like the perfect balance for your skillset? If you answered yes to the questions above then you may be the right fit for our Massage Therapist opening. We want to hear from you! Rehab United operates 8 clinics in San Diego County. We are currently interviewing for massage therapists at our Downtown and Kearny Mesa locations. Requirements: CA licensure for massage therapy (or have submitted application) Current CPR certification and liability/malpractice insurance Must be positive/friendly, dependable and have a team-oriented attitude Excel in communication with clients and other treatment providers on client plan of care Confidently deliver high quality therapeutic massage for clients of varied ages with varied ailments; be able to recommend follow up treatment and home care instruction Capable of documenting SOAP notes on client sessions in electronic records system Must be able to commit to at least 3 shifts per week of 4+ hours Incentives/Benefits: Join a family of professionals dedicated to helping people improve their lives Mentorship in both massage skills and business development Incentive structure for bonuses on top of regular pay for massage work Scheduling support from front office staff; online schedule access Free fitness classes and injury assessment Sick leave paid in accordance with San Diego City requirements Paid Time Off, Medical/Dental/Vision and 401(k) Match for Full-Time Employees
