**Must reside in the Denver Metro Area** We are seeking a motivated insurance agent with an entrepreneurial spirit to identify and convert sales leads for insurance policies while overseeing a robust portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will have served in a related insurance industry role in which he or she cultivated a pool of prospective clients through referrals, networking, cold calls, marketing initiatives, and other proactive sales strategies. Responsibilities: --- Remain updated on insurance industry changes and protocols to fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims from start to finish --- Maintain and grow existing portfolios by developing and implementing effective and attentive sales strategies that cultivate long-term customer loyalty --- Set meetings with new and potential clients to listen to their needs, taking into account their financial statuses and stage-of-life priorities, and present insurance plan options tailored to their individual circumstances --- Ensure bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records are maintained to report progress toward monthly initiatives to stakeholders --- Work with policyholders to develop and deliver risk management strategies that fit their individual profiles Qualifications: --- Superb analytical, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills are needed to succeed in this role --- Candidates should have basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Office programs --- Candidates must have an insurance license --- Working knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products risk management profiles, and related state and federal regulations --- High school diploma mandatory; four-year undergraduate degree strongly preferred About Company: We're proud of more than 90 years of serving our customers and are excited about the future as we continue to evolve to meet their needs.
