License in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT. Experience: Providing behavioral health services using evidenced-based practices for teens or adults. What We Offer Benefits and Compensation: 4-day Workweek Flexible Schedule Work Life Balance Increased Earning Potential $500 Annual Reimbursement for Trainings, CEU’s or Licensing Fees (4) weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) Profit Sharing Competitive Compensation Our Behavioral Health Therapists average $116,467 a year, working 4 days a week. Our top 5 therapists average $135,759+ , working 4 days a week. Additional Benefits Include Health Insurance- 3 medical plan options with employer contribution (for employee and dependents) towards medical, dental, prescription, and vision insurance. Including acupuncture, chiropractic, and orthodontia coverage through Pacific Source (available the 1 st of the month following employment). FSA- Medical and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA). HSA- High deductible health plan option with HSA and company contribution into HSA. Supplemental Insurance- Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Accident and Hospital Insurance.
