Lia Honda Albany is seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. COMPENSATION RANGE: $16-$20/hour based on experience SIGN ON BONUS: N/A REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of dealership procedures Willingness to take initiative Computer & Microsoft Office literacy Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills Must have clean & valid driver's license KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Breaks down deals/DMV packet (out of state) Cuts payoff checks & LTI payment checks Submits LBO/LTI payment requests Contacts customers regarding dead deal refunds C.I.T./Delays Files dead deals Files/labels miscellanious deal papers Post new/used/other internal repair orders Assists office manager with end of month reconciliations Assists bookkeeper with warranty remits Log all sales & follow up on any funding delays Ordering office supplies Any other duties assigned by the manager BENEFITS: Medical, Dental and Vision 401K Plan with Employer Match Paid Time Off Paid Weekly An employer funded Life Insurance Plan Discounts on services and parts Employee vehicle purchase plans Company provided uniforms ABOUT US: The Lia Auto Group is one of the top 100 automotive groups in the country, established in 1977 by Bill Lia Sr. The group consists of 21 dealerships throughout New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, offering a variety of manufacturers including Honda, Toyota, Hyundai, Nissan, Infiniti, Volkswagen, and Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram (CJDR).
