Position Summary: As a Letter Fabricator, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects from week-to-week, so each day presents a new challenge and a new opportunity. Our most successful Fabricators have a strong mechanical aptitude, a professional work ethic, the ability to improvise and solve problems, and comfort with the challenges that each custom project brings. Duties & Expectations: Fabricate, shape, weld, and assemble sign cabinets, along with wiring electrical lighting within signs Operate shears, brake, radial arm saw, torches, and a variety of hand tools Quickly troubleshoot issues on-the-spot to meet customer quality expectations Consistently demonstrate sound safety practices, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs Effectively manage time to ensure on-time delivery of every project Qualifications: Electrical and fabrication experience preferred Ability to read blueprints We are a leading sign company in the U.S. and provide an attractive benefits package: Health & Wellbeing Benefits Paid Time Off 401(k) Plan with Company Match Leading Edge Tools & Technology YMCA Health & Fitness Membership Education & Advancement Opportunities Incentive Programs Charitable Contributions Match Paid Parental Leave And more!
