Under the direction of the Vice President of Consumer Lending, the Lending Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day support to the Consumer Lending management and Consumer Lending operations teams. You will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to lending management and staff with daily, monthly and periodic objectives, data collection and reporting while adjusting to changing priorities as necessary. You will also work closely with management, staff, members and third-party vendors to execute a diverse range of tasks with precise attention to detail and flexibility. This position assists in the daily operations of the Consumer Lending department which includes, but not limited to service related inquires by phone or in-person from internal and external sources, documentation requirements, draft payments and lien perfection for all consumer loan types. In this role at UHCU you will: Support Consumer Lending management by performing a broad range of administrative duties related to operations including but not limited to maintenance of lending job aids; running board report updates and reviewing for accuracy; compiling rate surveys for all loan products; maintenance of Consumer Lending documents, including electronic filing; ensure vendor contracts are appropriately executed, scanned and archived; creation, maintenance and presentation of spreadsheets with data analysis, charts and graphs. Support Consumer Lending management by performing a broad range of administrative duties related to personnel including but not limited to: composing emails, letters and memorandums, employee intranet content, ordering supplies for staff, maintaining complete and up to date listing of employee emergency contact information, recognition for birthdays, anniversaries, set up and administration of internal contests and tracking to conclusion. Maintain and record gift card supplies, distribution, reconciliation and inventory. Assist with data input and document upload into various systems in order to ensure necessary documents, contracts and due diligence packages are appropriately achieved. Assist with department projects as requested, to include but not limited to research on a specific subject as requested, testing and file maintenance in multiple systems as enhancements are made to internal processes, products and/or services, and preparing job aids and updating policies as directed. Collect, sort, receive and distribute all mail and packages for the Consumer Lending Department, which includes signing for overnight deliveries as needed. Maintain copy and file rooms: order supplies, call in service requests for equipment, and ensure room is organized. Serve as backup support for lending staff, as trained and when necessary. Assist with planning, coordinating and organizing team meetings, events and activities, including making conference room reservations and assisting with room setup and meeting supply orders. Support new hire process by ordering equipment and supplies as directed. What you will need to succeed: Focus - Engage in your work. Particulars: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required. 1+ year(s) experience working in a professional environment as a receptionist, administrative assistant, office coordinator, or similar role. Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume workload, working in a fast paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively and supportively with management to achieve business objectives. Understanding of MS Office Suite with advanced technical and computer skills; ability to create reports and navigate quickly within various computer programs.
