Family Legal Secretary Assistant Burnley Preston Salary DOESimpson Judge are currently representing a fantastic Law Firm in the Burnley or Preston area who are looking for a Legal Secretary to join an established Family Law team. The Role includes: Dealing with client queries in person and by telephone. Audio typing via the digital dictation system. Preparation of correspondence, court documents and invoices; Filing, photocopying and opening/closing client files in a timely manner. Maintaining and coordinating diaries and diary notes and reporting on these as necessary The ideal candidate: Previous experience working in legal. Worked with excellent client management and administration skills. Previous family law experience would be essential but not necessary as training can be provided.
