The Role: As a Legal Secretary, you will provide essential support to the probate team, handling administration duties and ensuring excellent client care. Duties: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Probate team. Maintain an organised and efficient office environment. Daily client contact, ensuring a high standard of client care. Process legal matters within probate law preferred. Utilise digital dictation and a case management system. Requirements: Previously worked as a Legal Secretary, Legal Administrator, Legal Assistant or in a similar role. Background in legal matters within probate law. Experience with digital dictation and case management systems. Presentable, flexible, and maintains a friendly and approachable persona.
