As a key member of our organization, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your role will involve conducting initial client interviews, gathering essential information, and ensuring a seamless intake process. At Bighorn Law, we value our employees and offer a competitive salary range of $18 - $21 per hour plus a performance bonus. Responsibilities:• Conduct initial client intake interviews over the phone• Review and organize client documents and information for attorneys• Assist in scheduling client appointments and managing attorney calendars• Ensure all client files are accurately maintained and up to date• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout their legal process Qualifications:• Bilingual (English and Spanish)• College Degree (preferred)• Legal Experience is a Plus but Not Required• Deadline Driven • Detail Orientated• Accurately Prepare Reports and Summaries• Manage Data Integrity• Positive, Confident, and Charismatic Attitude• Great Active Listening Skills• Intelligent analytical ability to determine liability, damages, and source of recovery• Exceptional Communication Skills, Verbal and Written• Resourceful in helping investigate and uncover issues and proactively create solutions Compensation: $18 - $21 hourly About Company: At Bighorn Law, we not only believe in making the best first impression but making that best impression with every engagement and interaction.
