We’re seeking a sharp Legal Assistant for our busy law firm who can help our attorneys and paralegals assist clients and keep the office running smoothly. You’ll work with the team to prepare a variety of legal documents and handle office correspondence like answering emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings, and reminding the team of upcoming deadlines. Responsibilities:• Assist with the creation of various legal documents• Preparing forms and form documents• Office correspondence tasks such as responding to emails and phone calls, communicating with county offices, attorneys• Correspondence with clients to schedule appointments and similar items with our practice management system• Reviewing and replying to clients and other emails• Transcribing dictations• Communicating with the team to ensure accurate record keeping, managing agendas, and client meetings• Monitoring Attorney and office schedules Qualifications:• Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented• Proficient in MS Word and Excel• Must be able to track and prepare basic daily/weekly/monthly reports• Strong organizational skills and communication skills• Mac OS (Pages, Numbers, and Keynote) preferred Compensation: $32,500+ yearly About Company: At Roth Elder Law, PLLC we are a boutique law firm that limits its practice to estate planning, assets protection, and estate & trust administration.
