In House - Legal & Compliance Manchester (Two Days Office Based) Remote the Rest Salary up to £50k DOEI am currently recruiting for an experienced Legal and Compliance Officer to work in house for a International company The role includes: backssing and documenting workforce engagement offerings and solutions across Europe and Africa for the contingent resource that NES sources for its client's. Ensuring that our business capabilities and offering reflect local requirements. backssing employer or record and umbrella partners internationally to ensure they meet compliance standards and that contracts are fit for purpose. Educating and training the sales team on the compliant engagement solutions. Logging, escalating and advising on incidents and risk relating to our contingent workforce and operating models. Take ownership of classification processes internationally, including IR35. Logging, escalating and advising on any risk as appropriate. Support sales consultants on Contingent Resource matters from a legal perspective. Support on key business projects to ensure contingent resource compliance, for example, expansion into new territories. Maintaining knowledge in updates in the alw in relation to the contingent workforce across UK and Europe. Provide subject matter advice on relevant employment law matters. Review, draft and advise the business on contingent resource contracts aligning the wording to the deal set up and contract documentation. The Ideal Candidate: Excellent knowledge of contingent worker compliance in the UK and wider Europe an advantage Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills Experience of working in a pressured environment and ensuring the delivery of projects to timescales Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, managing communication with both junior and senior members of staff Combines commercial & legal expertise with professional integrity to bring value to the organization,.
