LEASING MANAGER / CONSULTANT We are seeking a passionate and highly-motivated Leasing professional to join our team at Canvas Valley Forge. Canvas Valley Forge is a luxury property for active adults providing residents with exceptional amenities and activities through our Life program. Our communities are centered around a lifestyle. We build our teams with talented, motivated people who love what they do and love creating an outstanding living environment for our residents.The Leasing Manager/Consultant is responsible for achieving and maintaining an occupancy of 95% or greater while managing the entire life cycle of the sales process from start to finish.The responsibilities include: Contact all prospective leads to schedule tours, answer questions, and provide information about the property and amenities Conduct tours of property, show apartments to prospective clients Provide accurate information on the different features of properties Validate application information and references, assist applicant with application process Ensures units are leased to meet/exceed budget Thoroughly reviews and understand the competition set and their offerings Makes recommendations to improve marketing/leasing programs Input/update CRM and other systems on a daily basis Outreach marketing to appropriate organizations Successful candidates possess strong leasing and sales experience, and excellent organizational ability. They must have a passion for sales and thrives on "sealing the deal." Understands speed to lead and works with a sense of urgency. Must be outgoing and self-starting, skilled at initiating relationships, following up and overcoming objections. Outstanding customer service and passion for sales are essential to the position. Willingness to travel.Bachelor's degree preferred3-5 years Leasing experience in the multi-family or senior living industry OR experience selling luxury/high-end retail productsDemonstrated ability to lease in a large volume settingSuccessful candidates will have the opportunity to advance and take on larger roles with greater responsibilities within the company.
