We are in need of our next great Rental Agent. The ideal candidate will seek out potential tenants for our 200+ exclusive apartment listings. You must have a valid NY real estate license and be knowledgeable in the local real estate market. Responsibilities: • Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants to help secure rental agreement• Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties• Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property• Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal• Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld• Confirm rental application data and personal references to ensure accuracy Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job• Familiar with leasing regulations• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Past sales experience is preferred Compensation: $132,000+ About Company: BRUMA Stands for BRonx Upper MAnhattan; our focus area.
