The ideal candidate will excel in working with property owners to find lessors and determine their needs, wants, and economic feasibility. The Leasing Agent will market properties utilizing social media and websites and set up showings and open houses. When you join our team you’ll be backed by the best sales force and administrative assistants around. We invest in your continuing education and strengths to help you succeed. Responsibilities: • Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts• Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing• Show prospective tenants properties and highlight the provided amenities to help ensure rental contract• Validate all personal references and rental application information• Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close the deal Qualifications: • A proven record of sales experience and success• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal• Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher• Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices• Ability to use multifamily operating software: Yardi, AppFolio, OneSite, Entrata Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly About Company: We are a growing company in the multifamily space.
