Job SummaryHoly Cross Academy : Primary Campus (grades K : 2) is seeking a full:time Learning Consultant for the 2024 : 2025 school year. St. Michael Archangel Campus Requirements: Certified teacher with experience in working with students with learning needs required, Special Education Certification preferred. Catholic preferred. General Responsibilities: :Obtain appropriate information regarding students specific needs and diagnoses.:Maintain Learning Profiles and Building Plans for students.:Manage evaluation referrals and special services.:Coordinate with the Learning Consultants at our other Holy Cross Academy campuses.:Communicate pertinent information about students needs to teachers and other school personnel in an appropriate manner.:Serve as a learning resource to parents and students.:Work with teachers to provide in:class instruction that meets diverse student needs.Candidates must be organized, collaborative, flexible, and have good communication skills. A commitment to helping Holy Cross provide both high quality academic instruction and intentional faith formation within our school community is required.
