We are looking for a positive and energetic Lead Sales & Customer Service Representative to be a part of our team. This position has a pivotal impact on the ongoing studio operations and the healthy experience we provide for our members every day. We are a growing company that has 3 locations in Boulder County and are looking for people to grow their careers with us. Sales Team Lead Responsibilities: • Be the go-to for the team and members for daily studio sales and customer service operations • Answer detailed member agreement and invoice questions (from members and other sales team members) • Ensure the team is following procedures and best practices • Lead team to achieve monthly sales and retention goals • Maintain and ensure compliance with the cleaning schedule • Organize retail and maintain inventory order requests • Organize team and member events Personal Sales and Customer Service Responsibilities: • Perform sales process tasks to establish a relationship with prospects, get them scheduled intro classes, and fit them with the best membership • Complete prospect and member communication tasks (via text/phone) and diligently track within POS database system (ClubReady) • Create and maintain a welcoming, positive, and fun studio environment • Provide the highest level of hospitality and customer service to members, prospective clients • Independently make decisions related to high-level customer service • Maintain product knowledge for all promotions, memberships, pricing, etc. • Establish relationships with prospects and members to meet individual needs • Perform all operational studio duties: completing daily tasks, check-in members, register new clients, answer and returning all incoming calls and emails • Perform daily cleaning tasks and be accountable for the appearance of the studio and equipment • Ability to multi-task, be a problem solver, and come up with quick solutions • Energetic, happy, people-person • Be enthusiastic and passionate about Club Pilates Requirements: • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required • Ability to multi-task and follow a structured communication sales process • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn the Club Ready point of sale software system • Goal-oriented with an ability to lead team to meet/exceed membership goals • Communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleagues • Excellent public speaking skills and comfort speaking in front of groups • Contains self-initiative to jump in wherever is necessary • Availability to work nights and weekends • Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday • Ability to lift and move 10 lbs Compensation & Perks: • $16 - $35/hr • Monthly bonus opportunities based on performance• Commission paid on individual sales• Best-in-class retirement savings with 1:1 company match up to 6%• Free Unlimited Club Pilates membership to 3 Boulder County studios• Health Insurance through United Healthcare for full-time team members• Unlimited opportunities for growth including additional sales & management careers Powered by JazzHR
