At dawn, you orchestrate precision repairs and service. Simultaneously, you nurture emerging talents, sculpting them into a crescendo of proficiency. As daylight wanes, you captivate clients with your knowledge, sparking replacement sales leads and nurturing maintenance agreements. Your day is a symphony of innovation, leadership, and results! REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS: 10+ years of residential service experience with relevant HVAC equipment A record of developing apprentice technicians into skilled service professionals An EPA certification is essential (a NATE certification would be a bonus) A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record ABOUT THE COMPANY Denver is an extraordinary city, with incredible winters and even more spectacular summers.
