About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Enterprise Risk Officer responsible for providing risk oversight of Home Lending Servicing, with a focus on service transfer and subservicing activities. In this role, you will: Use subject matter expertise and business knowledge to provide independent risk oversight and credible challenge to front line service transfer and subservicing activitiesProvide risk expertise and consulting to Home Lending Servicing, including the development of corrective action plans and effectively managing changeEvaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, systems, and internal controlsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsDevelop, implement, monitor and interpret risk-based governance programs, create new policies and guidelinesReview moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factorsUtilize risk knowledge to issue resolutions for moderate to high-risk companywide projects and initiativesResolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet risk area, projects and process deliverables, while leveraging solid understanding of the risk policies, procedures and compliance requirementsLead and manage multiple concurrent initiativesPartner with managers to coordinate risk reporting to executive management, committees, and Board of Directors Required Qualifications, US: 5+ years of Risk Management experience (Operational Risk, Compliance Risk, Reputation Risk, Credit Risk, Business Process Management) or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Home lending experience with subject matter expertise in processes and risks associated with service transfer and subservicing activitiesExcellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to clearly and concisely communicate (both written and verbal) with business partners, peers and senior management and lead discussions. Superior ability to identify, evaluate, aggregate, and challenge risks - balancing the impact to customers, business, and bank.Ability to work independently with minimal direction; superior ability to exercise independent judgment and apply prudent risk mitigation principlesAbility to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thoroughly research and analyze options and impacts of solutionsAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and think strategically across multiple portfolios/investors from an end-to-end servicing view Knowledge of Home Lending servicing systems, applicable tools, and automated decisioning tools 3+ years SAS, SQL, or Tableau experienceA BS/BA degree or higher Ability to mentor other team members Posting Locations: 401 S.
