Summary We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with children, a strong understanding of early childhood development, and excellent communication skills. As a Daycare Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow. Duties Responsibilities: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development. Provide a nurturing and supportive atmosphere where children feel valued, respected, and encouraged to explore their interests. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through open communication and collaboration. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting milestones and identifying areas for growth. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development, behavior, and any concerns or milestones. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current on best practices in early childhood education. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent teaching certification (CDA). Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting. Understanding of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
