WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU As a Lead Carpenter, you support our rapidly growing business by performing various construction and carpentry tasks while also training other team members that don't have as much experience. This includes performing work such as remodeling, drywall repair, decking, tiling, flooring, painting, window work, and door installation. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, apply today! 10+ years of experience in residential remodeling 2+ years of experience as a Lead Carpenter Good knowledge of residential remodeling methods, techniques, systems, and building codes Proficient with Excel and able to navigate Google Calendar Some experience with CRMs or project management software Your own tools and a smartphone Reliable transportation Willingness to comply with our company policy regarding background checks and drug screening.
