As a lawn maintenance Forman, your main role is to run the lawn maintenance crew on weekly routes. We strive to provide the best outdoor solutions. Responsibilities:• Attention to detail, making sure the property is always looking its best.• Drive a truck & 20' Trailer. • Connect a trailer up correctly. • Complete scheduled clients with the highest quality. • Time management.• Manage a crew of 1-3 team members. • Complete basic mechanical maintenance to Equipment. • Provide customer service to clients and neighbors. • Operate zero-turn mowers while striping lawns and not Damaging property.• Pass Herbicide certification. • Snow plowing experience is an added bonus. Qualifications:• Have a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.• Positive customer service skills.• Have or be willing to get a DOT medical card.• Pass Pesticide applicators test to be able to assist with applications. • At least 3-5 years of experience is required for this role.
