We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Law Firm Sales Professional to join our team at Hecht Family Law. As an essential member of our team, you will use your strong communication and empathy skills to effectively close new leads on choosing Hecht Family Law for their family law case, as well as follow up with existing leads who are not ready to hire the firm when you first speak with them. With a generous base salary and fantastic commission potential, this is an outstanding opportunity to grow professionally while driving financial performance. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Conduct non-attorney consultations with potential new clients• Build trust and rapport over the phone to help leads make informed decisions• Utilize your sales expertise to guide potential clients toward choosing Hecht Family Law Requirements: • Proven experience in selling professional services to consumers• Strong sales closing skills with a track record of success• Energetic and motivated self-starter• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Prior experience in industries such as fitness, cell phone sales, car sales, etc., is highly desirable Qualifications:• Relentlessly positive, go-get-it attitude• Experience with consumer sales, preferably professional services• Strong verbal skills and empathy Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 yearly About Company: Hecht Family Law was founded to help clients who are going through some of life’s toughest times.
