Responsible for washing and distributing uniforms, maintaining locker rooms, press level bathrooms, mezzanine level bathrooms, and Levy Manager's office spaces, this role requires meticulous attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to cleanliness standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to handle high-volume workloads, and maintain a calm demeanor in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities: Laundry Management: Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute uniforms for staff members. Ensure proper inventory management of uniforms and laundry supplies. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area. Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and sanitize locker rooms, ensuring they are presentable and well-maintained. Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms on both mezzanine and press levels, including regular restocking of supplies. Vacuum, mop, and dust Levy Manager's office spaces to ensure a tidy and professional environment. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as light bulb replacements and minor repairs. Trash Management: Collect and dispose of trash from respective areas, ensuring adherence to waste management guidelines. Monitor trash levels and coordinate with appropriate personnel for disposal as needed. Customer Service: Provide courteous and friendly assistance to staff members and visitors. Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, especially during periods of high volume or demanding situations. Respond promptly to requests and address any concerns regarding cleanliness and maintenance. Qualifications: Prior experience in custodial or laundry services preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Self Sufficient Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move heavy objects if necessary. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Working Conditions: The role involves frequent standing, bending, lifting, and walking. Work may be performed indoors and outdoors, exposed to various weather conditions. Apply to Levy today!
