Tri:State area to join our team in Newark, New Jersey (US:NJ), United States (US). The General Manager (GM) owns the relationships with a portfolio of Launch clients across a regional territory, with goals including: Driving customer satisfaction, growing regional and account revenue, maximizing account profitability, and building and managing the sales and client partner team in the region. The GM will lead all aspects of the customer engagement for the region, including P and L, account strategy, as well as revenue and service delivery. Successful GMs will collaborate well with client personnel and NTT DATA team members across a variety of roles. The GM's contribution will be measured on business growth and the profitability of client engagements. Responsibilities: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px:: Lead the region to revenue and gross margin growth, target 80M: Provide executive leadership for the region by building comprehensive regional business plans and ensuring thorough alignment of that plan in a highly matrixed company structure.: Building and leading a scalable regional team that is focused on customer relationship management, expansion of NTT DATA services within the account(s) and ensuring the delivery of high:quality work.: Actively lead/drive with Sales to hunt for new accounts.: Leverage Sales, Practice, Operations and leadership support to drive the business. : Actively delegate to matrixed delivery teams on accounts : Coach and guide client partner talent to scale accounts as appropriate.: Set client expectations around the value NTT DATA Launch will deliver and manage the team to exceed those expectations.: Manage team expectations and delivery related escalations; Build key talent and leadership within the engagement teams.: Drive adherence to the Delivery Process as part of standard delivery management. Qualifications: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px:: 15 years of experience in a services:based firm (IT services, Consulting, Agency): 12 years of experience leading customer engagement/account teams with responsibilities for P and L oversight, account strategies, negotiating service level agreements, and delivery performance: 12 years of experience providing strategic direction and oversight related to new business development, driving related sales strategies, and overall revenue in excess of 30M : 10 years experience advising B2C and B2B executive suites regarding customer engagement strategies and integration of emerging technology: Prior experience to include supporting customers in Banking/Financial Services and/or Pharmaceutical verticalLI:SGA About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a 30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
