A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LANDSCAPING CREW LEADER As a Landscaping Crew Leader, you occupy a crucial leadership role on our team. You supervise a crew of landscapers on the job, ensuring that our work is completed efficiently and that it meets our high standards. On each job, you assign tasks appropriately and help out with edging, weed-eating, trimming, and blowing as needed. You provide motivation and feedback to keep your team moving in the right direction throughout the day. In addition to leading your team, you keep the maintenance truck organized and stocked so it's always ready to go. You also communicate as appropriate, answering their questions and providing progress updates. Your satisfaction comes from leading an awesome team and creating beautiful outdoor spaces for our customers! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LANDSCAPING CREW LEADER Experience as a landscaper Ability to perform physically demanding labor Valid driver's license Previous leadership experience is preferred but not required.
