Carlos Lawn Service, A LLC 15722 E Marshall St Tulsa OK, 74116 has 8 Full time temporary jobs available for Landscape Laborers. Under supervision of empl; lawn care & maintenance SVC; use hand/power tools or equipment; to mow, trim, plant, water, fertilize, dig, rake, install trees, shrubs, plants, mulch, leaf /trash remove, lawns, or gardens; irrigation sprinkler check/repair, irrigation star up/shut down. Lift/Carry 50-70 lbs. Some H S or less. $13.54/hour. 8 hour/days, 40 hours/week. Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm depend on weather condition. 6-day equipment usage & safety train of landscape power tools & equipment. Worker to begin wk 04/01/20-12/25/20. Work done in multi work-sites in Tulsa Counties (Broken Arrow, Owasso, Tulsa, Sapulpa & Claremore). Employment provides transport from business to work-sites. A single worker work used to compute wages. Workers paid weekly by check. All deducts from workers check required by law will be made; FED, Social Security, Medicare & State. Employment guarantee to offer work for hours equal to at least ¾ of work days in each 12-week period. Return transport provided if worker completes working period or is dismissed earlier, employer provides or pays workers reasonable costs of return transport & subsistence back home or to the place worker originally departs to work, except where worker will not return due to subsequent employ with another employee. Amt of transport pmt or reimburse will be equal to the most economic & reasonable common carrier for distances involved. Daily subsistence provided at a rate of $12.46 per day during travel to a max of $55.00 per day with receipt. If worker completes 50% of worker contract period employer will reimburse worker for transport & subsistence from place of recruitment to place of worker with a ck. Employer provides or pays workers cost of return transport & daily subsistence from place of employment to place from which worker, disregarding intervening employee departed to worker for employment, if worker completes certified period of employment or is dismissed from employment for any reason by empl before end of period, consistent with 655.20 (i)(1) (ii); the employer provides daily transportation to & from working site. Employer will reimburse H-2B worker in first worker wk for all visa, visa processing, border cross, & other related fees, including those mandated by Government, incurred by H-2B worker (but need not include passport expenses or other charges primarily for benefit of worker; employer provides to worker, without charge or deposit charges, all tools, supplies, & equipment required to perform duties assigned, in accordance with 20 CFR 655. 20 (k); & instruct applicant to inquire about job opportunity or send application, indications of availability, &/or resumes directly to nearest office of the SWA in the State in which ad appeared & include the SWA contact information. recblid vo7nqy284hszqwomdi1eong550dr9q
