OBJECTIVE The ability to maintain high profile commercial and residential properties throughout the Central Florida area while working in a team environment. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Baker Commercial Landscaping, Inc. is seeking experienced Landscape Installation Foreman to work at major commercial and residential properties. We are looking for positive, energetic, team players that are detail oriented, have a strong work ethic, and take ownership of their work. The role of the Landscape Installation Foreman is the successful supervision and completion in the field of installation projects through active hands-on management of the Landscape Installation Team Members and personally contributing to the landscaping of the project. In doing so, the Landscape Installation Foreman is responsible for the overall site safety, quality and skill, and project completion in accord with the project plan, timeline and budget. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 1-3 year's experience in landscaping installation LICENSES: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a MUST PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Mandatory pre-employment drug screen Must be able to lift or carry 50 pounds Work outside in Florida environment year round BENEFITS Great family work environment PTO Days (Paid Time Off) Health Insurance 401K Retirement Plan Eligible for Sign-on Bonus!!
