Cashman Nursery employs approximately 25 full time seasonal workers with many working with Cashman's for 10 or more seasons. Join Our Team! We are looking for a Laborer Landscape Crew Worker to be part of our team for the 2023 season! Compensation : $18 - $25 per hour depending on experience and initiative! Opportunity for overtime pay! Job duties include: Load trucks and drive trucks to landscape jobs, pulling trailers Install landscapes includes establishing grades, planting trees, shrubs and evergreens, installing edging, landscape fabric, mulches, sod and seed Run small equipment such as rototiller, sod cutter and trencher, etc. Helpful but not required: Knowledge of planning procedures and local plant materials. Looking for someone who has: Positive, team player attitude Ability to take direction Efficiency Reliable and hardworking Previous landscaping experience a bonus but not required Ability to lift 50lbs for extended periods We Offer Competitive pay with opportunity for raises.
