Quality uniforms at no cost to you Paid Holidays and PTO Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Critical Illness and Accident Insurance 401(k) plan with company match What You'll Be Doing As a Crew Member, your role is to perform quality services that include (but not limited to): Cleanup of properties using a backpack blower Bed and pavement weed control Pruning of shrubs Installation of flowers, trees, and shrubs. As a get-it-done person, you enjoy the variety of tasks and locations that are involved in your job. You love being outside and can't imagine sitting at a desk all day. QUALIFICATIONS 18 years old or older Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, walk for long periods of time, stand, bend, and squat for up to 10 hours or more per day Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required Prepared to work in all weather conditions, year-round ABOUT US GroundSystems is a locally-owned full-service commercial landscaping company headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio.
